VIN DE LIQUEUR JARABE DE PALO

Jarabe de Palo Mistela is a liqueur wine made from the Muscat of Alexandria grape variety, grown in the vineyards of Teulada in the Marina Alta region of Alicante, one of the most renowned areas for this grape.

This wine is distinguished by its aromatic intensity and richness of flavours, resulting from perfectly ripened grapes influenced by the Mediterranean climate and sea breeze. During its production it is infused with French oak, which releases delicate toasted and spicy notes that enhance its complexity.

The result is an elegant and well-balanced mistela with remarkable aromatic expression.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance
Clean and bright with a golden colour and bronze reflections.

Nose
High aromatic intensity with notes of honey, ripe muscat grapes and white flowers. Subtle spicy notes from the French oak add complexity and harmony.

Palate
Sweet, fruity and fresh. Notes of honey, fresh muscat grapes and sweet spices appear again, together with hints of toasted nuts from the oak. Rich and smooth texture with a long and intense finish.

Food pairing
Perfect with sweet desserts, chocolate, nuts or rich cheeses.

Serving suggestion
Serve between 8–10 ºC in a wide glass.
