VERMOUTH JARABE DE PALO WHITE

This Mediterranean white vermouth is crafted from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown in the vineyards of Teulada, in the Marina Alta region of Alicante, Spain. Its production combines an ancient recipe inherited from the Middle Ages with modern techniques that preserve the grape’s aromatic richness.

The base wine is macerated with a carefully selected blend of traditional botanicals and later infused with American oak stoppers, which release delicate toasted notes, hints of vanilla and subtle sweetness that harmonise beautifully with the natural aromas of muscat grapes.

The result is an elegant, fresh and aromatic vermouth with a well-balanced Mediterranean character.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance
Bright pale straw yellow.

Nose
Intense and fresh muscat grape aromas accompanied by botanicals such as wormwood, gentian and elderflower. Toasted and slightly sweet coconut notes from the American oak integrate perfectly with the aniseed and balsamic background.

Palate
Smooth and fresh on the palate, with aromatic herbs, anise, muscat grapes and light citrus notes. The finish presents a subtle bitterness that enhances balance and elegance.

Food pairing
Perfect with seafood, canned delicacies, anchovies, asparagus or roasted almonds.

Serving suggestion
Serve chilled over ice in a wide glass. Optionally garnish with orange peel or a few drops of fresh lemon.
