Gold Category in I AOVE Fórum Internacional Fira de Tots Sants Cocentaina 2020. Bronze award Mezquita de Córdoba 2020. Second prize Producer Comunidad Valenciana 2019/20 ESAO AWARDS. The coupage obtained is the one offered by these ancient trees, in many cases with two or more varieties in the same tree. The Mançanella is predominant, but we also find Genovesa, Alfafara, Blanqueta, Cuquello, Changlot Real and other unknown varieties. Hence its differentiated character. Tasting notes. Medium intensity green fruitiness. Herbaceous and floral aromas in which we find mint, grass, artichoke, almond, with hints of lavender and thyme. Good balance of bitterness and spiciness, with an intense and pleasant aftertaste. Limited edition.
